1. Twisted Pin Contacts
Micro rectangular twisted pin connectors are one of our flagship product series. As the core component of connectors, our twisted pins are produced on the basis of our expertise of key technical parameters of various specifications, including their pin coiling, precision cutting, stamping, heat treatment and gold plating. Supported by our improved and customized proprietary production equipment, we offer twisted pin contacts with exceptional reliability, stable performance, consistent quality, and excellent resistance to wire breakage or fraying. Currently, our technology represents a leading level in the industry;
2. High-density and Multi-core Structure
In addition to R&D and production of standardized micro rectangular connectors, we have pioneered an ultra-micro connector series aligned with industry miniaturization trends. This series features a contact pitch as low as 0.6 mm and has up to 660 contacts. These connectors not only have a minimal structure, but also have reduced insertion and extraction forces compared with multi-core connectors, significantly enhancing our competitiveness;
3. High-Frequency and High-Speed Transmission
Our dedicated technical design team with profound expertise in high-frequency and high-speed transmission connectors has designed high-frequency connectors, which features a simple structure, reliable performance, and operational frequencies higher than 40 GHz;
4. Glass-to-Metal Sealing
To address critical hermeticity requirements in connectors, we have established a dedicated glass/ceramic hermetic sealing production line. Through rigorous material R&D and process validation, our glass-to-metal sealed connectors now deliver advanced technical maturity, high yield rates, superior hermeticity and robust environmental resilience. These products have been widely recognized by our clients, and have become another flagship product line for our company;
5. Assembly Technology and Production Lines
Based on the structural characteristics of our core products - Micro rectangular twisted pin connectors and related cables, we now operate three assembly production lines to produce wire harness products, printed circuit board (PCB) products, and cable products. By analyzing and summarizing the technical features of our products, we now produce our products with optimized process structures and robust quality assurance measures. Further, through training several highly skilled and stable production teams, our assembly and quality assurance capabilities have been significantly improved, while greatly reducing production costs, and contributing a lot to our market competitiveness.
6. Surface Treatment
Our surface treatment subsidiary now operates production lines for gold plating, silver plating, electroless nickel plating, and anodizing. Through optimized production formulas and process control parameters, our plated components exhibit stable performance and excellent corrosion resistance, and can withstand salt spray tests for up to 500 hours. Currently, this subsidiary not only fully meets the production needs of our core products but also accepts plating orders from other industries, cementing our foundation for future development plans.
